Hope today is finding everyone enjoying the sunshine! We will be having Sunday School and Church tomorrow Feb 8th, but we DO NOT HAVE WATER. Just letting everyone know! See you tomorrow!

A celebration of the life of Johnny Tackett will be held on Saturday February 7 from 1 pm - 5 pm at Galvins in Georgetown. The American Legion will also honor his military service that morning at 10 am at the Scott County Park, Pavillion #1. Please continue prayers for family and friends.

Due to current county road conditions, particularly Skinnersburg Rd, and the frigid temperatures, church services will be cancelled on Feb 1st. Please stay in, stay safe, and stay warm. Check in on your neighbors and know that we make these decisions for the safety of our congregation. Prayers that Mother Nature will give a little break in the upcoming weeks.

Also note: Our Valentine's Dinner scheduled for Feb 8th has been postponed to Feb 22nd ❤️

Good morning! Due to our quick little blizzard this morning, we have decided to call off church. The roads are covered. Stay in and stay safe and warm!!

Due to the frigid temps and snow expected this evening, we have decided to call off church tomorrow, Dec 14th.

We are spreading the word with phone calls as well.

I just received this update from Tonya on Brenda.

Mom’s cardiac catheterization showed no blockage which is great, but we don’t know what is causing her to be short of breath. She is at Baptist Health for a lung specialist consultation. She is in the North Wing, Room 602. Currently, she does not have her mobile phone. If you want to call, the number to her room is 859-639-8602. Please continue to pray we get answers so the doctors can select the best treatment options.

Please keep Brenda Hymer in your prayers. She was sent to the Baptist Health emergency room from her primary care doctor on Wednesday for extreme shortness of breath. Today, she will undergo a left heart catheterization. I do not know the time at present for the procedure. Thank you.
