Today begins Pastor Appreciation Month, and we couldn’t be more appreciative of ours! Thank you, Pastors, for answering the call to serve.

Not only does October 1st begin Pastor Appreciation Month, it also marks 31 years of dedication and service to the ministry at Trinity Church for Dr. Robert Wingrove, Jr. In these 31 years, there have been quite a few changes around Trinity Church. Over time, our congregation has changed, the location, and even name has changed. There have been many opportunities for new ministries to take flight and construction changes are still occurring for our youth building. One thing has remained constant through the 31 years of ministry: God has never changed. His faithfulness and love has been without fail and without change. He has seen us through the difficult times and through the good times. Thank you, Brother Robert for trusting God through this process. Thank you for listening and being sensitive to The Spirit, and guiding this ministry towards the Will of The Father. Being a pastor isn’t always an easy job, but Jesus never promised us that following Him would be. We know you’ve made many sacrifices over the last 31 years, and we know that God has richly blessed. We are grateful for you and Mrs. Barbara. May God continue to bless you and your family! 🧡

Satan hates the radically obedient soul. He hates when we jump off the fence of complacency and into the center of God’s Will, with both feet planted on The Truth that IS Jesus Christ. In the place where we’ve finally come to the point that we are sold out and on fire for Him, where He is guiding each step we take.

Whether you haven’t had that first encounter with Christ, or you’ve known Him and strayed away, He is calling you. He wants you and your mess, your mistakes and your brokenness. You never have to clean yourself up to come to Him. Jesus did the heavy lifting on the cross; We just have to give Him our yes.

When we come to the place where we say Here am I God. Use me as a willing vessel, and mouthpiece for your service. I give my WHOLE life to you.

“When God comes a calling, how will you respond?”
