As we close out the Greek School year, we reflect with gratitude and pride on all that our students, teachers, and families have accomplished together. From honoring the courage and sacrifice of OXI Day, to celebrating the spirit and freedom of Greek Independence Day, this year has been filled with meaningful traditions, joyful celebrations, and lasting memories.

Beyond these special moments, we have shared countless hours of learning, growth, laughter, fellowship, and faith — strengthening not only our knowledge of the Greek language and culture, but also the bonds within our community.

To our students: bravo on your hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm throughout the year. To our teachers and families: thank you for your unwavering support, care, and commitment that make this school and community so special.

May the summer bring rest, joy, and blessings to all, and may we return in the fall with renewed energy and excitement for another wonderful year together.

Καλό καλοκαίρι! Have a beautiful summer!

Catching up on our beautiful ministry activities. With tremendous participation across all ages, our children and youth entered deeply into the journey of Holy Friday last Friday morning through prayer, reflection, and meaningful hands-on experiences. From the stillness of the church to the quiet moments outdoors, each station invited them not just to learn, but to encounter our Lord.

We were especially grateful for the gift of good weather, allowing us to fully experience Gethsemane outside, and for the reverence and openness each child brought to the day.

Thank you to our volunteers, teachers, and families who blessed us with their time and engagement. A beautiful tradition continues in our Children’s Good Friday Retreat.

The District Archdiocesan Greek Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Society will host its Women’s Lenten Retreat on March 21st, featuring keynote speaker Dr. Evelyn Bilias Lolis of our parish.

Her keynote is entitled, “Sustaining the Woman Who Serves.” This women’s seminar invites Philoptochos sisters in Christ from across the district to reflect on the sacred responsibility of caring for themselves as a foundation for caring for others. Drawing upon the science of resilience, compassion, and gratitude, Dr. Lolis will explore how balancing compassion for oneself with compassion for others helps women sustain their service with greater connection and strengthening collective capacity to serve with love, steadiness, and grace.

We rejoice in Dr. Lolis representing our parish at this regional Archiocesan gathering and extending her service to our extended faith family.

Registration is required.
