Despite sustained winds of 17–20 knots on Saturday, with gusts reaching 35–39 knots, the St. Francis hiking group embraced a nautical adventure at Harbor Point and Kosciuszko Park -- qualifying them as a sailing crew! Undaunted by the blustery conditions, hikers enjoyed waterfront views, the sea air, and the camaraderie that makes every St. Francis outing memorable.

Weaver of Justice, let us be your hands and feet. We pray today for our witness to your love. In our 80th year, St. Francis continues to proudly celebrate June as Pride Month.

"Eternal One, Source of all life, and Giver of all that is good, you put on the fullness of our humanity for the sake of healing your beloved but broken creation; open our minds, liberate our hearts, and strengthen our souls that we might not live in fear, but walk in your way of perfect, healing, self-giving love; through Jesus Christ, our Savior,
who lives and reigns with you, Merciful Father, in the power of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen"

Put things in order, listen to my appeal, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you." Thank you, Brian and Rich for reading, the choir for Esto les Digo, the children of Godly Play for perspective, and Carol for the spring bouquet for Trinity Sunday.
