🎻✨ What a beautiful and memorable gathering!

We were blessed to welcome violinist Valeria Gomar to our church, where she shared her incredible talent and passion for music with our congregation. Her beautiful performance touched hearts and added a special joy to our gathering. ❤️

Valeria recently graduated from Brien McMahon High School and INTEMPO Music School, where she was a MDPS Woofenpoof Scholar. She is also a violinist with the Norwalk Youth Symphony, with whom she recently made her Carnegie Hall debut and toured France. 🇫🇷🎻

We were also delighted to hear from two young members of our congregation, Lila and Clara, who shared their experiences and reflections from the Montreat Youth Conference.

Thank you, Valeria, Lila, and Clara, for sharing your wonderful gifts, experiences, and voices! You touched our hearts and added a special joy to our community🎶🙏

Bobby, you warm the hearts of our community.

Please join us in congratulating Bobby through messages under the “comments” and/or in person for such an honor and the tremendous impact she has made and continue to make in the Stamford community!

Bobby Anderson was recently awarded the New Covenant Center Founder’s Award in recognition of over 35 years of dedicated volunteer service to NCC's mission of hunger prevention and social services.

Beginning in 2024, Bobby helped build New Covenant Center's breakfast program. What started as serving 30 guests daily is now serving more than 120 guests each morning.

Bobby reminds us that volunteering at New Covenant Center shows how small acts of service can grow into something extraordinary — more than providing meals, volunteers create a sense of family, ensuring every person who walks through the doors is seen, known, and cared for.
"While individual efforts may feel small, together they create real change. Food is my language of love. And I believe in a God who calls us to care for one another—especially the least among us."
