Mount Sinai Holy Church of America Incorporated invites you to join us for the 101st Holy Convocation, convening September 24–27, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Cherry Hill Philadelphia in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

This year’s theme is “Traveling the Highway of Holiness,” taken from Isaiah 35:8–10. We are looking forward to a powerful time of worship, fellowship, instruction, and sacred gathering as we continue following Jesus in the purpose and work of the Kingdom.

The convocation will include the Pastors’ Retreat, Prayer Breakfast, workshops and seminars, National Choir Music Workshop, Thursday Night Fellowship Service, Ordination Service, Celebration Banquet, and Official Day & Recognition of Officers.

With heartfelt sympathy, Bishop Grace Ruth Batten and the Mount Sinai Holy Church of America, Inc. join in mourning the passing of Bishop William A. Davis, former pastor of Mount Sinai Church in Kinston and Burgaw, North Carolina.

We extend our sincere prayers and deepest condolences to his family, loved ones, and to our sisters and brothers of The Glorious Mt. Sinai Holiness Churches of America, where Bishop Davis faithfully served as Vice-President. We thank Almighty God for his life, his labor, and his steadfast service to the Kingdom of God and to His people.

We pray that the God of all comfort will strengthen and sustain every grieving heart, and grant His peace in this time of bereavement.

Official Notice of Transition

On behalf of the Woodle family, it is with profound sorrow and heartfelt reflection that we announce the passing of Pastor Elder Frankie Woodle, who transitioned from this life on November 29, 2025.

Pastor Woodle, faithfully served Mt. Nebo Holy Church in Mount Holly, New Jersey; congregation and community with unwavering devotion, compassion, and spiritual leadership. Her ministry touched countless lives, guiding many in faith, offering comfort in times of need, and serving as a shining example of God’s love.

As we grieve this tremendous loss, we remain grateful for her years of service, her steadfast commitment to the gospel, and the legacy she leaves behind. We encourage all members, friends, and loved ones to join us in prayer for the family during this difficult time.

May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, be with us all.

Pastor Tracy R. Humphries and the Mt. Nebo Holy Church Family regret to inform you of the passing of our beloved Retired Pastor, Elder Frankie M. Woodle.

Elder Woodle was a faithful member of Mt. Nebo, the Mt. Holly community, and the Mt. Sinai Holy Church of America, Inc. She was deeply devoted to our Outreach and Lunch Program, serving for over 40 years with love, dedication, and unwavering commitment to those in need.

She also served as the Coordinator of our TOPS Summer Program for many years, where she loved, encouraged, and inspired generations of young people. She corrected them and loved them in only the way she could—so much so that people from near and far still affectionately call her “Aunt Frankie.”

In addition, Elder Woodle served as the director of our TOPS Tutoring Program, working alongside a team of tutors to ensure that children in our community received the academic support they needed in every area of study.

Elder Woodle was known as “The Community Pastor.” She was the church-without-walls pastor, counselor, supporter, mother, auntie, sister, and friend to so many. She devoted her entire life to serving others, consistently placing the needs of others before her own.

She enjoyed her daily trips to Wawa for a cup of coffee, and every time she encountered a veteran, she made it her mission to thank them for their service and buy their coffee. During the hot summer months, she kept a cooler filled with ice and water in her car so she could bless those working or living outdoors. She truly worked tirelessly until she could no longer work.
Elder Woodle was a true missionary, servant, and reflection of Jesus Christ. She will be greatly missed by her Mt. Nebo Church Family and the Mt. Holly community at large.

Honoring her wishes, there will be no formal Celebration of Life Service. Instead, she will be laid to rest during a Graveside Service tomorrow at Noon in her hometown, Asheboro, NC.

Please keep the Mt. Nebo Holy Church Family and the entire Woodle Family in your thoughts and prayers during this time.
