As I look back on the past 10 weeks and 1 day, I am reminded of the invaluable lessons and skills I have acquired through the FBI National Academy session 289.
From Critical Incidents/Decision making courses to Managing Organizational Change and Strategic communication, I have grown both personally and professionally. But most importantly, I have formed life-long friendships and national networking connections that I will forever cherish.
Although this chapter is coming to a close, I am excited for what the future holds and am grateful to all those who have supported and guided me along the way. Thank you for helping me achieve this incredible opportunity and for shaping me into the leader I am today.
Also, I want to thank each of you who were praying behind the scenes. Especially, my Queen Nicola, who took care of things and home and within the ministry.
Additionally, I want to thank 1st Lieutenant Milton Castelle and the Northern Virginia executive team of NOBLE for doing a tremendous job in my absence.
Lastly, I want to thank the executive staff from MWAA for making the experience possible.
