Religious Education Registration for 2026-27 begins Saturday, August 15.

We are also seeking faithful and enthusiastic catechists to help share the beauty of our Catholic faith with the children of our parish. As catechists, we don't have all the answers—we grow in faith alongside our children. Sometimes the greatest lesson we can teach is simply showing up and saying "yes" to God's call.

Please prayerfully consider serving this year. Your "yes" could make a lasting difference in a child's faith journey. For more information, please see the parish bulletin.

Friday, July 31- Memorial of Saint Ignatius of Loyola, Priest

Not only is St. Ignatius Loyola the founder of the Jesuits, but the legacy of his life of prayer. Injured as a young soldier, Ignatius spent his time in recovery reading the lives of the saints. They inspired his soul to holy heroism, changing his life forever. Ignatius gathered a group of friends who also desired to be "contemplatives in action," finding God in all circumstances. This became the Jesuits -- a great missionary and teaching order. Ignatius himself was constantly attuned to his own inner promptings. This self-knowledge -- open to the movements of the Holy Spirit -- led him to be an incredibly astute spiritual director. For Ignatius, recognizing God as the first principle of one's life determined everything. How has God changed you?

Wednesday, July 29 - Memorial of Saints Martha, Mary, and Lazarus of Bethany—dear friends of Jesus who welcomed Him into their home with faith, love, and hospitality. Their lives remind us that both loving service and attentive listening to Christ are essential parts of Christian discipleship.

"Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus." (John 11:5)

May their example inspire us to open our hearts and homes to Christ each day. 🙏❤️

July 9 - Feast day of St. Augustine Zhao Rong, Priest, and Companions, Martyrs.

St. Augustine was converted through the witness of someone being led to martyrdom. He became one of the earliest Chinese-born Catholic priests. His life symbolizes the growth of Christianity within China through indigenous believers, not only foreign missionaries.
His story is often remembered as an example of how the steadfast faith of one person can profoundly influence another, even under persecution.
