This is how my day pan out yesterday, podiatrist was running behind, apparently everybody feet was hurting!!! My turn, I end up with shots in both feet, and left with these sling apparatus on both feet. Yeah of course 🙄 it took a few minutes for one of my feet to stop bleeding 🙃 after it appeared to me to be a ninja sword needle going in my feet😳!! Then I got lost trying to get out of the hospital, it took another 20 minutes to get back to my car, as I forward tip- toed moonwalk to my vehicle!! 🙄 So, I decided to go to the bank after maybe around 5pm, atm machine, easy peesy, no the stupid machine decides to glitch and shut down on me!!! My card and a check is stuck!!! I get out my car 🚗 forward moonwalk to the building, beating on the door and of course nobody in there. I'm hysterical 🥴 !!! Like 😢 crying , saying why me Jesus!!! Call customer service with all my black girl magic attitude, she said "ma'am I am trying to help you, but can you please stop yelling 😒!!! I can't really understand you!!! Yes I was sprinkling attitude dust every where!!! My feet hurt and my money has been hijacked!! (That what I was subconsciously thinking, I know that not really true!) Anywhoo, after the customer service supervisor, said, "we can rush you another card in two business day, unfortunately our IT department close at 5pm!" Y'ALL got a 24 hour 😳 banking virtual teller, and ain't nobody watching her!! She decides today to take my card into her clutches, and no IT officer is on duty!!!😳🤯. I'm thinking 🤔 I'm being punked, camera crew gonna come out of the building!!😒 Let me end this, cause I absolutely lost it when the customer service supervisor said, "we will waive the rush fee for another card as a courtesy!!!" Thank God for the Holy Ghost...my response...I had to get quite...I knew this call was going to be used for training purposes..."ma'am it's you guys fault for this situation, you waiving the fees is not helping me get my money or card!!! Really!!! After she apologize, and tried to tell me about understanding my frustration...and some other stuff...I hung up the phone 📱!!! I said all this to say!!! Lord this weekend is going to be amazing 👏 🙌!!!! Can't wait!!! I am gonna bless Him with my sore feet!!! Anyway and Anyhow I can!!! Sorry for the long post!!! Be encouraged today, it's a new day! I woke up laughing 😆 about all that transpired yesterday, hopefully it made you tickled as well!!!🤣😊😊
