We have a handful of volunteers who help to make life here so much better for our residents. We have volunteers who check on vulnerable residents, we have volunteers who lead Bible Study, we have volunteers who deliver newspapers, hand out birthday cards, tend to our garden, drive our van- these wonderful people truly make the world a little better around here! Next week we will be having a Volunteer Appreciation Party to say "Thanks!" to these fine ladies and gentlemen. If you're interested in volunteering- let us know!!

One of our residents has volunteered to be our gardner and has done a wonderful job!! We have beautiful flowers and fresh vegetables!!

We would like to send a sincere Thank You to Yoga Activist. They have a mat program and were able to donate mats for our Yoga Program!! Now our residents are able to use them as props and are able to do a few more things than before!! Thank you!! http://www.yogaactivist.org/

Cookies with the service coordinator! The last Friday of each month will be a time for residents and the service coordinator to just sit and chat...over cookies!! I can't for the "after" picture!!

We have an amazing Craft Circle here! Not only do they provide a fun way to socialize, but they also decorate! The flag is for Memorial day! We hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday weekend!!

One of our wonderful residents made a beautiful candy dish to be raffled off! We raised $27 for our activity fund and gave away the Valentine's Day Candy Dish to one of our lucky residents today!!

Every month we are doing some type of fundraiser to raise money for the Activity Fund for the residents! In January, the fundraiser was "Torture Sherry!!" Our property manager, Sherry, was a great sport! We raised $22 and 15 residents came down to watch her get a pie in the face!!
