New Small Group
Begins this Sunday

John Hessel will be leading a new co-ed Sunday Morning Small Group beginning this Sunday at 9 am. Join us for Bible study, prayer, and a time to build relationships with fellow believers. The class will meet downstairs next to J.P. Lewis’ Small Group.

Men’s & Women’s
Prayer Groups

SCBC is cultivating a culture of prayer and we are forming small groups of 4-5 people to help us pray for our church, each other, and our community. Each group will decide its “rhythm” for prayer (weekly, monthly, or even daily) and will choose whether it will meet in person, via texts, or on the phone.

Men’s Breakfast
August 15

All men and boys are invited to join us in The Commons at 8 am on Saturday, August 15 for our quarterly Men’s Breakfast. In addition to a delicious, hearty breakfast, we’ll hear a challenge from our guest speaker, Ephraim Konki.

Back to School Sunday
August 23
Sunday, August 23 is Back to School Sunday! We’ll present Bibles to rising 1st and 6th graders, pray for the new school year, and hear an encouraging message from Rich Permenter about investing in the next generation.

Thanks to the Next Gen from The Ridge Church in Sullivan, MO for their investment in our children and our church this week.

We’re already looking forward to a new year of Kids Quest starting Wednesday, September 9 at 6 pm.

Day One Week Two of Kids Club was fabulous! We had a great group of kids join us for discipleship, fun, games and lots of laughter!

It’s not too late to join us! Kid’s completed Kindergarten to completed 5th Grade are invited to join us from 10am-1pm through Thursday!

SCBC Summer Kids’ Club
Next Week: July 21-23

All children grades K-5 are invited to our Summer Kids’ Club next week at SCBC. The club meets Tuesday-Thursday from 10 am - 1 pm July 21-23 and there is no charge for this exciting time learning about our God who cares for us based on Psalm 23.

Kids’ Club Parents’ Night:
Thursday, July 23

Everyone is invited to join us next Thursday, July 23 at 6 pm for our Summer Kids’ Club Parents’ Night here at SCBC.

We will grill hot dogs and have fun activities for the families. If you would like to help with face painting, balloon animals, or other activities, please sign up in The Gathering Area on Sunday.
