This morning, pastor Josh gave a final word of encouragement from Colossians 2:6-7, reminding us that the goal of the Christian life is faithfulness.

Josh has faithfully served Church of The Redeemer as a pastor since its founding in 2020, and long before that at August Gate Church. The Lord has used him over these many years to build up the body of Christ, and while we are sad to see him step down, we are overjoyed at the work God is doing in his life and the life of our church.

Pray for him and his family as they transition from this role in ministry, and pray for our church as we discern what the Lord has next for us.

“For no one can lay any foundation other than what has been laid down. That foundation is Jesus Christ.” (1 Corinthians 3:11)

Today, we say goodbye to our intrepid Administrative Director, Becca! Show your love and appreciation for her in our comments for all her faithful years of serving our church.
