Women’s Retreat 2026 “Unfailing Love” was an incredible memory for us all. It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our dear sister, spiritual mother, friend, and ambassador for Christ, Edna Walters. Edna lived a full 90 years and served as a mom of sorts to so many in the Gateway City Church. She loved deeply, prayed faithfully, and never stopped inviting people to know Jesus. Sharing her faith was not just something she did — it was who she was.

Tomorrow night (March 4th), a portion of our midweek service will be devoted to honoring Edna, in consideration of those who will be unable to attend the celebration of life on Saturday. Please join us beginning at 7:00 PM, at the Stansberry location. The family has planned a celebration of life for Saturday, March 7th, at 3 pm. This will also take place at our Stansberry location (9330 Stansberry Ave, 63134)

Let’s come ready to celebrate a life well lived and a faith that endured to the end.

Baptism day at Gateway City Church-St.Charles. Amazing victory as we saw Kadisha Esperanto baptized into Christ. She is Rene Richards daughter and Eddy-Ray’s mom. Kadisha’s brother Jacob is an elder in the LA Church and he was able to fly here to baptize his sister. An incredible day of joyful tears as we watch their family unite in Christ. We shared in a meal together with heartfelt sharing to encourage Kadisha and her decision to make Jesus Lord of her life. .
