ANNOUNCEMENTS 6/7/26
1. Our church is beginning a special pledge campaign to help raise funds for several needed projects around the church. We have prepared a list of improvements and repairs that need to be completed, and more information about these projects will be shared soon. Our goal is to have these projects completed by the end of the summer.
2. The leadership Planning team will meet on Tuesday, June 9, at 5:30 pm in the church’ office.
3. On June 13, the men’s ministry is sponsoring a work day at the church at 9:30 am. We would like all members and guests to come and help improve and keep our facilities in tiptop shape. Please show up if you can, ready to work. We appreciate the help of any and everyone who is willing to help.
4. Our Community Block Party will be on Saturday, June 20th and is in the planning process. Please sign up to help out at the event and please sign up to bring items that need to be donated. Sign-up sheets are on the table downstairs near the church entrance.
5. We will recognize fathers during a special Father’s Day Service on Sunday, June 21, at 11 am.
6. Vacation Bible School will take place on June 22 – 26, with dinner at 6 pm, followed by the program, from 6:30-8:30 pm. If you are willing to help with VBS, a sign up sheet is on the table downstairs near the church entrance.
7. Get ready for Christian Day at the Ballpark, presented by Greater St. Louis FCA, on Saturday, June 27th when the Cardinals face the Marlins!
The game begins at 6:15 pm, doors open at 4:15 pm. After the game, fans are invited to stay for a postgame program with current players, and a few 2006 World Series Champions to share powerful stories and testimony.
