Hi, everyone! October 1st is finally here! This is the day that we've been waiting and praying for. Meet us here to praise, worship, pray, and fellowship in Forest Park.

We hope to see you between 7 am - 7 pm! We recommend bringing lawn chairs or blankets to sit on. We'll also have free lunch for you all!

Praise the Lord! We serve an amazing God. He has continued to provide miraculously as we prepare to come together on Oct 1st in Forest Park and has been using 10 Days of Prayer and many other ministries to prepare the way for what He is going to do that day and in many other events following in our city.

The Lord’s zeal to invite the metro St. Louis area continues to burn stronger and stronger in my heart to invite people to this. As I and many of you have already been praying I desire to see the Body of Christ come out of their houses, out of their denominations, and out of their comfort zones to come together and declare this over our city, “Lift up your heads, O gates! And be lifted up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in.” Psalm 24:7

What Awaken the Lou is all about:

Do you desire to see an end to the violence in our city and the growing problems of mental illness?

Do you long to see a city where every person is treated with love and respect as a unique and precious image bearer of God?

Do you desire to see an end to racial hostilities?

Do you hope for a time when every child has a loving family to be nurtured in?

Even as darkness continues to grow we believe that there is a way….

We are inviting the body of Christ to join us in calling out to Jesus Christ the King of Kings on October 1st at Lindell Field in Forest Park from 7 am - 7 pm. 😀

We are calling forth all followers of Jesus Christ across denominations, across cultures, across worship styles, and across ministries to unite in prayer and worship.

We are believing that as we lift up the name of Jesus Christ, the Messiah of Jews and Gentiles, that he will send forth a great outpouring of his Holy Spirit to unite His Body in love (John 17:21) so that the world (Gentiles and Jews) may believe that Jesus Christ was sent to us by our Father in heaven.
