For more than 160 years, the team at Catholic Cemeteries has fulfilled the Gospel call and corporal work of mercy to bury the dead, while helping to serve as a bridge to the communion of saints, through funeral planning and burial in a peaceful, pastoral, and sacred setting. Due to wintry conditions, the Decoration Removal originally scheduled for February 4-5, 2026 has been cancelled. The next Decoration Removal will take place on March 11-12, 2026. Please note that Christmas greens are subject to removal before March at our grounds workers' discretion.

In order to allow for the clearing of roads, Catholic Cemeteries office and grounds will be closed on Monday. We continue to pray for the safety of all who need to travel.

Due to winter weather conditions, the grounds of our cemeteries will be closed today. Our office is closed as is usual on Sundays. May God protect all who need to be out today.

Due to predicted inclement weather and out of an abundance of caution, our grounds and office will be closed outside of scheduled services on Saturday January 24, 2026. We pray that everyone stay safe during this winter storm and, if possible, off the roads.

Catholic Cemeteries' sacred spaces are not final resting places, but hallowed holding grounds as we await the blessed hope of the Resurrection.

To maintain the reverence of these sacred spaces, our team removes decorations seasonally throughout the year. Please find the removal schedule here:
