A relationship with the Culture. World Lutheran Deaf Outreach provides resources and training specifically designed for deaf people to learn more about the love of Jesus and share it with others. Our problem is that the English language is always one of the biggest challenges for deaf p
eople. Signing has its own structure and placement. Many of the words we use in speaking are not directly signable. Our second goal, is to help raise the funds to cover the expenses of the ministry. We would like to thank you for your support the mission and ministry of Emmanuel Lutheran Church of the Deaf (Milwaukee area), Our Savior Deaf Lutheran Church (Madison, WI); the ministry to deaf children and their families at Holy Cross Lutheran Church (Delavan, WI) and outreach centers in the southern Wisconsin/northern Illinois stateline area. Your gifts make it possible for us to pay the salaries of Rev. John Reinke. Both of our pastors have a passion for teaching others to share Jesus with deaf people. Your gifts are their only source of income and we thank God for giving us what we need to continue to pay them. This past year has been one of re-organizing for us.
