Sts. Joachim and Ann Parish Picnic

Sts. Joachim and Ann Parish Picnic The Saints Joachim and Ann Parish Picnic is held in September every year on our campus located near the intersection of McClay and Thoele Roads in St. Peters.

Over the course of the two day event, more than 6,000 local residents will walk the grounds of the picnic enjoying live music, great food, games and carnival rides. Proceeds from the picnic support parish activities and the Saints Joachim and Ann Care Service (a large food pantry providing assistance for many residents of St. Charles, Lincoln, and Warren Counties).

Hello J&A Flames Athletes,

Your Picnic Committee has been working super hard to plan the best picnic ever. As it is fast approaching, we are in need of some donations for a new game! The prize will be a bottle, can or bag of something.

We are asking each athlete to please donate two or more bottles of something that you would like to win! They can be from anywhere.

Please NO GLASS ITEMS

We are asking that all items be dropped off by 9/11 in the parish office or in the back of church at the picnic tables. Below is a list of items that we are looking for, but if you think of anything else fun, that works as well. The item must stand up by itself.

Bottles of Bubbles

2 liter Soda bottles

Gatorade Bottles/Sports Drinks

Vitamin Waters/Flavored Waters

Sparkling Water Bottles

Pancake Syrup

Hello friends….we are still in need of new, unopened bottles of alcohol for the wagon of booze for the J&A Picnic. If anyone would like to donate some, you can drop it off in the parish office or we can come grab it! Thank you for your help!
