Bogey Hills Baptist Church Join us this Sunday at 10:45 am! At BHBC, our motto is “Loving God and Loving People” (Matthew 22:37-39).

We aim to keep these two simple concepts at the center of our ministry, both as individuals and as a church body. As we worship, fellowship, and serve the Lord within our own walls and out in the community, we desire to glorify the name of Jesus Christ and see people’s lives radically transformed!

Come lend a hand! We still have plenty more painting to be done, but we have more tracing and cutting now if you're not as handy with a paint brush.

And don't forget most of our decorations are out of heavy paper instead of cardboard. Comparatively, it's like cutting softened butter outside on a 90 degree day! As long as you can handle scissors, this job is easy breezy!

These words were sung during a moment of celebration as the Ark of the Covenant was finally brought into Jerusalem under King David. After years of uncertainty, failure, and waiting, God’s people stopped to worship, remember His faithfulness, and seek His presence above everything else.

In a world constantly pulling our attention elsewhere, this invitation still stands: rely on His strength and continually seek His presence.

🚨 Something is happening across America.

While culture keeps saying the Church is fading…

God is still changing lives. Baptisms are rising. Churches are reaching people. The Gospel is moving. 🙌

In 2025, Southern Baptist churches saw:
• 263,075 people baptized
• A 4.96% increase from 2024
• The 5th consecutive year of baptism growth — the first time in 75 years
• About 1 baptism for every 47 members

Across the U.S., God is still drawing people to Himself.
Across the churches, people are still saying YES to Jesus.

Let this be a reminder: the Gospel still changes lives! ✝️

Today, we give thanks to God for the gift of mothers: those who raised us, prayed for us, and nurtured us with Christ-like love. We honor biological mothers, adoptive mothers, spiritual mothers, and every woman who has poured God’s love into others.

We also recognize that this day can bring mixed emotions. For those grieving a loss, facing infertility, experiencing estrangement, or missing a child, we see you, we love you, and we lift you up in prayer. May the God of all comfort be near to your heart today. 💛 See less
