Our JOY Women's Sunday School Class did their service project for the Little Kids Class.

They delivered a basket with all the essentials -- snacks, colors, coloring books, and play-dough!

We are thankful that the adults in our church support, encourage, and provide for the children of our church! ♥

Kindness boxes

We created boxes for most of the ladies in our church (we know we didn't get everyone - the boxes ran out before the ladies!).

These boxes were filled with anonymous notes of thankfulness and encouragement, written with intention and love, to bring a smile to someone's else day. ☺️

Our Middle School Class did their service project for the Young Adult Sunday School class.

They got devotionals for every couple and person in the class. They looked up verses and wrote them in the books. Then read the verses to the class and handed out their books.

We are proud that these young men are developing the skills to dig into the Word to find verses to fit their situations, and to read those verses to others.

Because, we're training 'em up. ❤

Our Little Kids Class presented their service project to the Middle School Class on Sunday.

They cut, colored, and glued decorative donuts to say thank you and remind this class how much they mean to them. Their box of donuts was labeled with "We DONUT know what we'd do without you!" 🍩

We had our "Gather & Grow" Women's Day on Saturday.

We didn't take one single picture.

But here's what we did do...

Learned that Prayer IS the big thing. We don't pray before the big thing, prayer is the big thing.

Realized that when we are saved, we get a key to heaven and all of its resources. Its angels, its armies, not to mention, access to the Father himself. The key is prayer. So why is our key the last thing we use? We wouldn't try to get into a locked house without FIRST trying the key that's in our hand.

Worshipped and worshipped. We praised, prayed, sang, and cried through the song services. And what a sweet spirit that was there. Present, with us. Because where two or three are gathered in His name, He is there in the midst of them.

Laughed because there is joy in the Lord and laughter is the best medicine.

Wrote kind notes of thankfulness and encouragement to each other and for other ladies in our church.

It was a wonderful day where we paused. Paused from the rest of our responsibilities, burdens, and even our families, long enough to meet God in His house and intentionally listen to the words He had for us! 💗💐

Our Women's Bible Study will be tonight at 6:30 pm. We are studying through the book of Luke. All ladies are welcome!
