40 days journey to renewal and restoration.
Day 1 — A Hunger for God
Scripture: Matthew 5:6 (KJV)
“Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.”
Renewal begins when we become dissatisfied with shallow Christianity and develop a deep hunger for the presence of God. Hunger causes us to seek Him, pray longer, worship deeper, and refuse to settle for less than His presence
God responds to hungry hearts. Revival is not something we manufacture; it is something we seek God for as we renew our hearts.
