Sunday, Dec. 17, after morning service we will have our annual Christmas Party. We are asking everyone to bring snacks/sandwiches/appetizers to eat. We will do a white elephant/Chinese gift exchange. Men buy for men & women for women - $25.00 limit. We always enjoy this and laugh a lot. Come join us.

This Sunday after church we will have a pot-luck lunch. All are invited and need to bring a dish to share with everyone. It’s been awhile and we’ve missed our fellowship together, so come join in the good and fun!

Saturday, Sept. 16 at 9:00 am

It’s time to reach out to our community and leave a personal invitation to people to visit our church. We are going to be distributing our painted rocks and church fliers to neighborhoods. We need several people, some to drive, some to deliver and some to replenish stock as we go. Please come support and help in this effort.

WHEN PARENTS GET OLD ...
Let them grow old with the same love that they let you grow ... let them speak and tell repeated stories with the same patience and interest that they heard yours as a child ... let them overcome, like so many times when they let you win ... let them enjoy their friends just as they let you … let them enjoy the talks with their grandchildren, because they see you in them ... let them enjoy living among the objects that have accompanied them for a long time, because they suffer when they feel that you tear pieces of this life away ... let them be wrong, like so many times you have been wrong and they didn’t embarrass you by correcting you ...
LET THEM LIVE and try to make them happy the last stretch of the path they have left to go; give them your hand, just like they gave you their hand when you started your path!

Tomorrow is church clean up day at 9:00 a.m.
The pews will be gone today and just a good straightening and cleaning day to keep the Lord’s house of worship clean and inviting.

Sunday July 16, 2023, immediately following the morning service there will be a Business Meeting with important agenda items and an update on financial & other matters the church body needs to vote on. Please make plans to attend. You are each part of the body!

Ladies, I believe as daughters of the King we are meant to enjoy studying his Word but also to enjoy times of fellowship and fun.
So next Monday, July 10, right after our 10 am Bible study, we’re having a craft day and a light lunch of sandwiches, salads or whatever you want to bring to share. After lunch we will be painting something to “Let our light shine in this dark world.” Bring or wear a shirt you don’t mind getting paint on. All other supplies are provided. If you can’t make Bible study, feel free to join us around noon for our fun craft.
Let’s play, have fun, laugh (as we usually do) and just enjoy being together as sisters in Christ.
