Celebrate the start of a brand-new school year with us TOMORROW! We’re kicking off our homeschool year with an Ice Cream Social & Book Swap, and we’d love for your family to join in on the fun.

Ice Cream Toppings or Snacks: We’ll provide the ice cream! Please bring a favorite topping or a side snack to share with everyone.

Book Swap Books: Have curriculum, readers, or fun books your family has outgrown? Bring them along to place on our Book Swap Table to trade for new treasures!

It’s a wonderful chance for parents to connect, kids to catch up with friends, and everyone to celebrate the upcoming year ahead. We can’t wait to see you there!

Each year during the Springtown Wild West Festival, Hilltop runs the children's area. This requires several volunteers working two-hour shifts throughout the day on several different jobs.

We need volunteers for 2 van drivers, 2 ticket booths, and to be at our Hilltop booth during each 2-hour segment.

The 8 o'clock team will assist with setup

Calling all current Children’s Church volunteers and anyone interested in joining our servant team! We are holding a short team meeting on Sunday, August 30th right after church.

Whether you teach, assist, or serve behind the scenes, this meeting is for you. We’ll be c equipping you with everything you need for a great year ahead.

If you’ve been thinking about getting involved in Children's Church, this is also the perfect opportunity to learn more and see where you might fit!

Come support our women's ministry in a fun way! We will play full rounds of bingo with small prizes for our winners. Anyone is welcome to join, if they can play bingo.

Doors will open at 2. Feel free to bring your own drinks/food/snacks. Bingo will start at 2:30 & go till about 5:30. We will provide your bingo cards and a few dobbers, if you have dobbers please bring those or something to mark your cards.

Full bingo is 20 games of bingo.
