Yesterday the NWCC family celebrated the ministry of our Youth Pastor, Jasson Fitzgerald. After much prayer and listening to the Lord, Jasson made the decision to not "step-down" from youth ministry but instead, "step-aside" empowering the next generation of leaders to pursue the call that God has placed on their lives.
Jasson and Kim have served as the youth pastors here at NWCC for seven years, building our NEXT LEVEL youth group from the ground up. Growing from two students to a record attendance of thirty-two, with multiple decisions for Christ, baptisms, and lives changed!
Don't worry! Jasson and Kim aren't going anywhere!
Always eager and available to serve, Jasson also serves on the board of deacons here at NWCC, and will continue to lead in our church in this way and others.
Thank you Pastor Jasson, for the years of service and building up our Next Gen ministries, you have made a huge difference in so many students' lives, and have planted seeds that will continue to grow for years to come.
Every church and every leader needs a friend like Jasson.
