This week many of our Youth have chosen to serve our kids at VBS! Getting to have a week of fun and teaching younger kids about God has been great! We’re so proud of our students and their hearts for serving others both inside and outside the church! #417

So thankful for our time at UNITE! This was only our second year going at Wesley Youth and it was so great! We got to see God work in our students and pull them closer to him and to each other. Our students get to wrestle with some tough questions as we took the week to explore the beatitudes in Matthew 5. I got to see our students lead in a few different areas. At one point, two of our girls, Emory and Lucy Hoedl sat on the Missions panel to talk about their experience serving at Camp Barnabas and Local Mission Project. Many of our students found themselves on stage for games or readings during the week and our team, ORANGE TEAM won the competition that was running throughout the week and it wasn’t even close! I’m so proud of what these students are doing and what God is doing in their hearts and lives. P.S. can you tell which picture happened when alexa horne saw a leaders phone unattended? #417

We’ve had such a packed and powerful summer so far at Wesley Youth. we served at Camp Barnabas June 27th-July 3rd! It is always a blessing to get to watch our students serve at Camp Barnabas. It is truly one of those mission trips in which you experience God in ways that you didn’t know were possible. Multiple times throughout the week we heard students and adults say that this place, Camp Barnabas is as close to Heaven on Earth as it gets and I think that’s true. It was a deeply challenging week for our students in the best way and it was so fun! We’ll be back next year #417
