before there was a social media page…

there was prayer.

A small group of people gathered and asked God to lead the way.

We didn’t know exactly what this first year would look like. We just knew we wanted to build something that reflected Jesus.

And this Sunday, we get to celebrate ONE YEAR of Legacy City Church. 🤍

What started in prayer is still being built in prayer.

All series long, we’ve been reminded that Jesus calls ordinary people, unlikely people, doubters, outsiders… people just like us.

The invitation is still the same: Come follow Me.

One year ago today. 🥹

These photos were taken as we were preparing to launch Legacy City Church - praying, serving, building teams, getting rooms ready, and believing God for what was ahead.

We had no idea exactly what the next year would hold. We just knew Jesus had called us to say yes.

And now, one year later, we get to look back at all God has done. We want to honor and celebrate every person who has walked through the doors, every relationship formed, every prayer prayed, every life changed, and every person who has helped build this house.

We’re so grateful for ONE YEAR OF LEGACY. 🤍

And we want you to celebrate with us!

There are people praying, preparing, serving, setting up, welcoming, rehearsing, and making room.

And then Sunday comes and we get to worship Jesus together.

We’re grateful for every person who helps make Legacy City feel like home. 🤍
