Peace isn’t passive.

Jesus never called us to simply avoid conflict. He called us to live differently in the middle of it.

To turn the other cheek.
To go the extra mile.
To love our enemies.
To pray for those who hurt us.

That’s not weakness. That’s the radical, countercultural way of Jesus.

Being a peacemaker doesn’t mean pretending everything is okay. It means choosing to respond with the love of Christ, even when retaliation would be easier.

Peace isn’t passive. It takes courage to love like Jesus.

They’re watching us serve. 🤍

One of the greatest things we can give the next generation is a picture of what it looks like to love Jesus, love His church, and serve others.

Little eyes are always watching and sometimes, they end up serving right beside us.

This is how legacy is built.

Also… was he in Planning Center? 😂

Jesus didn’t come to make bad people behave better. He came to redeem us and transform us from the inside out.

We naturally want to know where the line is and how close can I get without crossing it? But Jesus keeps calling us deeper than behavior modification.

When He changes the heart, the life begins to change too.

Changed hearts lead to changed lives.
