Lord,
We come to You just as we are……no pretending, no hiding.
Give us strength for today and peace for what we can’t control.
Remind us that Your grace is bigger than our past and Your plans are better than our fear.
Help us walk in freedom, not shame… in faith, not doubt.
And let us feel Your presence in every step this week.

Good Friday …..isn’t just another date on the calendar.
Jesus died on the cross for our sins it is Good Friday.
Jesus was betrayed by His best friend. He was starved to death and forced to carry his own cross.
Jesus was nailed to the cross, beaten, lashed, mocked. Jesus was spat on, cursed and had his clothes ripped off.

For God so loved the world he sent his one and only son to die on the cross so that whoever believes in him shall not perish and have everlasting life.
John 3:16

Our God is an awesome God.
