For over 125 years, Westminster has been a strong Presbyterian - PC (USA) - presence in Springfield. Our strengths include relevant and dynamic preaching, inspirational music, and Christian Education for all ages. As individual disciples, and as the corporate Body of Christ, we are active in mission outreach to our community and beyond. We are an affirming, warm, "family of faith" and we are quick

to make friends out of strangers regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or gender orientation. We seek to live out the belief from the Westminster Shorter Catechism of the 18th century: "The chief end of [humanity] is to glorify God and enjoy him forever."
