As we move through collective grief, uncertainty, climate crisis, political unrest, and deep systemic harm, this retreat invites us into practices of healing, embodiment, and liberatory care rooted in love.

Join Lama Rod Owens and Sister Síofra at Wonderwell Mountain Refuge or online for a week of practice exploring:
• Somatic mindfulness and embodied awareness
• Grief work as collective care
• Chanting, ritual, prayer, and sacred relationship

How do we find peace and truth in a fractured world? By remembering the spacious, loving awareness that already exists within us.

From July 24 to August 3, join Lama Willa Blythe Baker, Lama Liz Monson, and Sarah Buie for a transformative 10-day retreat. In collaboration with the Council on the Uncertain Human Future, we will move beyond self-judgment and back into the living web of the world.

Join us for Summer Solstice Celebration! 🌿✨

Celebrate the fullness of summer and the height of the light from wherever you are. Join Lama Liz Monson and the EcoDharma sangha for an online Summer Solstice Celebration on June 21st.

We encourage you to come to this gathering ready to construct and share a “wild altar” as part of our online ritual practice. The wild altar might include plants, photos, stones, shells and other reminders of nature’s bounty. Also consider having a candle, fragrant plant (local to your area) and incense (or an essential oil with diffuser). We encourage you to point your camera toward your altar during this time so we may share in one another’s sacred creativity.
