All services for Jefferson Avenue Baptist Church are cancelled for tomorrow, January 26 due to accumulating snow and frigid temperatures. This includes Sunday School for all ages, Bible Study Hour for Adults, Morning Worship Service, and Community Groups. No one will be at the church. We would encourage you to stay home, stay warm, and stay safe!

Since we are not gathering tomorrow, we encourage you to read and pray through Psalm 34. Take time to share with your family what God shows you.

After that, consider:
Checking in on someone you haven’t talked to in a while.
Praying for our church family.
Seeing if your neighbors need anything.
Calling a church member who might be alone and snowed in.

Just a reminder. We are taking yard sale donations from now till April 12th. Please contact Clark (706-339-2282) if you have questions. Also, please post on your social media outlets about looking for donations and the yard sale itself on April 13th. We will also be selling BBQ on the day of the yard sale at $10 a plate from 10:45- till sell out. Plates will include pulled pork, baked beans, potato salad, bread, and a drink. Feel free to swing by and buy a plate on Saturday, April 13th. Please share the attached poster with anyone that you know that might want to donate items for the sale.
