Being dependent on the generosity of other believers can be a humbling and faith-growing experience. It can also be a stressful experience. Pray that their financial needs will be met in a timely manner, so they can focus on the needs of the ministry.

Pray that that God’s provision would be abundant
Pray that God will provide for those who are willing to give
Pray that they will not get discouraged while they wait

Missionary Prayer Guide August 31st: This month please pray for protection for our missionaries. Many of our missionaries live in countries where the gospel is not welcome. In some countries, missionaries may be exposed to the possibility of danger and personal harm. Opposition to the gospel may include hatred and violence.

Pray that God will keep missionaries safe.
Pray that God will change the hearts of those who are resistant to his Word.

"Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may run swiftly and be glorified, just as it is with you, and that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men; for not all have faith." 2 Thessalonians 3:2
