🌿 A Glimpse of This Sunday’s Message

“Standing Through the Storm”
📖 Matthew 7:24–29

Jesus concludes the Sermon on the Mount with a picture of two builders.

Two houses may look equally impressive on a sunny day. Both may have beautiful paint, attractive windows, and well-maintained yards.

But when the rain falls, the floodwaters rise, and the winds begin to blow, the difference between those houses becomes clear.

Both builders hear His words. Both build houses. Both experience the same storm.

But one house stands while the other collapses.

The storm reveals what the eye could not see.

We may attend church, know the Bible, and admire the teachings of Jesus. But is knowing His Word the same as living it?

What are you building your life upon? And will it stand when the final storm comes?

Join us this Sunday as Pastor Clay shares from Matthew 7:24–29!

🌿 Prayer Walk & Breakfast — What an Amazing Saturday Morning!

God blessed us with beautiful weather and a wonderful time of prayer, fellowship, and enjoying His creation! ☀️

We gathered at the pavilion at Rotary Park to pray together, then walked the beautiful new trail at our own pace, spending time in prayer and connecting with God as we enjoyed His creation.🍁

Afterward, we gathered at Katie’s home for a delicious breakfast, fresh coffee, and sweet fellowship! ☕

A huge THANK YOU to Katie for organizing this special morning and opening her home to us, and to everyone who helped make this wonderful morning possible!

What a blessing to be refreshed in body, mind, and spirit! 💝

This year, we’re doing things a little differently!

📖 A Glimpse of This Sunday’s Message

“What Is God’s Will?”
Matthew 7:15–23

One of the most common questions we ask as Christians is, “What is God’s will for my life?”

We want to know which direction to take, which decisions to make, which opportunities to pursue, and what God has planned for our future.

Should I take that job? Should I move to another city? Who should I marry? Where does God want me to serve?

We all face these kinds of decisions in life, don’t we?

But Jesus did not call us to live in fear and confusion. He called us to follow Him in faith.

So how can we know God’s will for our lives?

Join us this Sunday as Pastor Clay shares what Scripture teaches us about knowing and following God’s will!

We’d love to see you! ❤️

🎶 Seek Ye First 🎶

After Sunday’s worship service, a few people asked me about the familiar melody they heard in our special music.

It’s actually a combination of Pachelbel’s Canon and “Seek Ye First”!

One early morning, I heard these two melodies beautifully woven together in a dream. I woke up and immediately wrote down what I had heard.

Since Pastor Clay’s message on Sunday, “The God Who Gives Good Gifts,” was based on Matthew 7:7–12, I thought this would be a beautiful piece to share.

My prayer is that this little piece of music will be a blessing to you and draw your heart closer to Jesus. 💝

A heartfelt thank you to Masa, Lindsey, and Debbie for making this music come to life! ✨

📖 Matthew 6:33
“Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness.”

📖 Matthew 7:7
“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.”
