Dear Saints of the Church of the Living God International,
Beloved family and friends, on behalf of the Lee family, please accept our most sincere gratitude for the prayers, presence, love, and kindness extended to us upon the passing of our father, Bishop William Lee III.
The tremendous outpouring of support from the Saints, our relatives, friends, and loved ones has been a profound source of comfort and strength during this difficult time. Through your prayers, encouraging words, beautiful flowers, cards, letters, generous gifts and donations, and your presence during the services, you've shown love that has deeply touched our hearts.
We are especially grateful to Elder Ricky Baker and the staff of Affinity Memorial Funeral Home in Columbus, Ohio, for the professionalism, dignity, and compassionate care shown throughout the arrangements and services. We further extend our deepest appreciation to Bishop Joseph White, Bishop Mary Butler, and the saints of the Pool of Bethesda for your faithful service, prayers, and assistance in helping to facilitate the funeral services with dignity and grace.
Your support ensured that Bishop Lee's life and years of service were honored in a manner befitting his legacy. To each person who prayed, called, attended, sent flowers, wrote a letter or card, offered resources or words of comfort, please know that no act of kindness went unnoticed.
Each expression of love has meant more to our family than words can adequately express. During a time of tremendous loss, your compassion reminded us that we are surrounded by a community that genuinely loved Bishop Lee and cares for our family.
We will forever cherish your kindness and remain deeply grateful for the love shown to us. May God richly bless each of you for the compassion and generosity you extended to our family.
