What should you be doing these next 8 days of 2025?

This is a great time to evaluate your fingerprints in ministry. Things like..
👉🏽Did I grow it
👉🏽 How many upgrades did I produce
👉🏽Was I diligent or serving on life support
👉🏽Do I still have zeal for my department
👉🏽Is what I’m doing in alignment with my Pastors vision
👉🏽Am I my warfare to my assignment because I’m distracted
👉🏽Do I have the desire needed for 2026 to make this ministry start off high thriving
👉🏽Is my prayer life where it needs to be for the New Year
👉🏽Did I evangelize my church
👉🏽Do I see what my Pastor see
👉🏽Did I as my Pastor what they see for 2026. (It’s hard to run with a vision you do t know as a leader)
👉🏽Did I give my tithe and sow like a leader should
👉🏽Was I Missing in action a lot. ( Missing Bible Study, Sunday Service, Special events. Leaders should be at all of these things because they are foundation pieces)
👉🏽Have I loss my zeal
👉🏽Can I bounce back and be valuable or will I be a deficit to my church 2026
There’s so much more that I can list but you get the point. You can’t go into the New Year needing to get ready. You have to do it TODAY!!
Your Pastor wants to see the vision God have given them come to pass. If you said yes to God and yes to your Pastor you owe it to them to do the assignment well.
You have got to find your joy again in ministry. I know there is a lot to get distracted by, but is it more important than the mandate God gave you?
I pray the answer is no!
Somebody is praying to find a functional church. They are looking for a church with a thriving Men’s Ministry, Women’s Ministry, Children’s Ministry, Singles Ministry, Couples Ministry, Entrepreneurial Ministry, Mothers Ministry, Young Adults, Leturgical Dance Ministry, Music Ministry and the list goes on.
Your Pastor can’t do it all, neither were they called to. Jesus had 12 who helped him make an impact.
If Jesus being God in the flesh needed Disciples, how much more does your Pastor need leadership.
Take a little time to examine yourself and sharpen the areas necessary.
THIS IS NOT A REBUKE. It’s Grace❤️
God loves you enough to say… Hey, I still want to use you but I need you to fix some areas that could be detrimental to your New Year.
May this message do what God intended and produce the harvest God is looking for.
