This Friday evening at 7:30PM Pastors Rob & Gina will be making themselves available to all of our High School Seniors to offer advice & personal counseling for making wise college / career decisions.
God has created all of you with a unique purpose and plan for your life!
Jeremiah 29:11 says this, “For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you”, says the Lord.
He has deposited specific gifts, talents and desires within you!
Jeremiah 1:5 says this, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you…before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations”.
Philippians 2:13 says this, “For it is [not your strength, but it is] God who is effectively at work in you, both to will and to work [that is, strengthening, energizing, and creating in you the longing and the ability to fulfill your purpose] for His good pleasure.”
It's an important part of our job as Pastors (Shepherds) to help you to discover the college / career path that God has planned for you!
One that will foster those gifts and lead you to His destiny for your life!
We will be offering
HELP WITH…
-Prioritizing your relationship with God.
Asking the question,
“How will your college choice impact your faith?”
-Recognizing and considering your gifts and talents.
-Not getting hung up on having to make a definitive decision from the start.
“It’s okay to not be sure of what major to choose right now, but let’s talk about it.”
For the rest of you, we will be having an indoor / outdoor GAME NIGHT!
