A few weeks ago, we were contacted by Wooded Glen. They needed a very realistic/life-like baby boy for a gal there. So, we went to work, and we found a Reborn baby. It's a $400 baby, but extremely necessary in this situation. The pic doesn't do the lil beebee any justice. Ya have to hold the lil guy to appreciate eem (7.7 lbs and 19" long)

When caring for individuals experiencing cognitive changes, preserving dignity should always remain at the heart of what we do. Providing something that looks and feels authentic allows us to enter the resident’s reality with respect rather than diminish or challenge their experience. This beautiful baby allowed our resident to experience genuine comfort and connection in a way that honored her as an individual.
It is difficult to put into words the difference this gift has made in her quality of life. Sometimes something that may seem simple can provide an extraordinary amount of peace, purpose, security, and joy.
