To our Spring 2026 graduates of Enterprise College across 155 countries and 38 time zones around the world, congratulations on this remarkable achievement.
Today is a celebration of your hard work, your perseverance, and the personal growth that has brought you to this moment. Each of you has faced your own challenges, responsibilities, and sacrifices along the way. Yet through it all, you continued forward with courage and determination. We honor not only your academic and professional accomplishments, but also the humanity, compassion, and character you have developed throughout your journey.
As Chancellor and Chief Academic Officer of Enterprise College, I want you to know how proud we are of you. You have shown what is possible when people stay committed to their goals, remain organized in their efforts, act responsibly, and keep going even when the path is not easy. That strength matters. That discipline matters. And your decision not to give up has brought you to a moment filled with promise.
As you step into this next chapter, I encourage you to keep believing in the future ahead of you. Stay motivated by your purpose. Stay disciplined in your actions. Stay responsible in the opportunities entrusted to you. And when you face uncertainty, meet it with faith, resilience, and hope. Success is often built one steady step at a time, and there is great value in continuing with patience, humility, and confidence.
The world needs leaders who lead with trust, integrity, and good character. It needs people who listen with respect, serve with compassion, and act with honesty. I believe you are prepared to be those leaders. Your education is more than an accomplishment to celebrate today. It is a foundation for meaningful service, thoughtful leadership, and a future that can positively impact lives across communities and across the world.
There is real reason to be excited about what lies ahead. Hopeful success is on the horizon for each of you. New opportunities, new relationships, and new ways to make a difference are waiting before you. Even if the road ahead is not always simple, do not lose heart.
