A Truth About Choice event will be held tomorrow at Bethany Assembly of God in Agawam from 11-3 pm. Mass Citizens for Life has held two previous events which represent the 49,000 lives lost to abortion in 2024. This is an ecumenical pro-life effort and one that involves education. 🌟🏆 A Night of Celebration, Gratitude, and Blessings! 🏆🌟

Last evening, teachers, members of the Sisters of St. Joseph, and our principal gathered for the annual READER RAVES Awards Dinner, where St. Thomas the Apostle School was honored with the awards for Best Private School and Best Principal! 💙💛

What a wonderful blessing for our St. Thomas family!

While these awards were presented last evening, they truly belong to our entire school community—our dedicated teachers, our amazing students, our supportive families, and all those who help make St. Thomas such a special place.

At St. Thomas, we believe that Catholic education is more than academics. It is about nurturing faith, building character, serving others, and helping every child recognize the gifts God has given them. Our school is a place where faith and learning come together, and where Christ remains at the center of all we do.

We are especially grateful to the Sisters of St. Joseph, whose legacy of faith, love, and service continues to inspire our school community.

These awards are a beautiful reflection of the love, dedication, and commitment that fill our classrooms and hallways each day.

To our students and families—these awards belong to YOU! You are the heart of St. Thomas the Apostle School, and we are so very proud of the community we have built together.

Close to 40 people joined Bishop Byrne to pray the Rosary at the 40 Days for Life Campaign outside of Planned Parenthood today. About 200 people attended the annual Survival Center Benefit Dinner at St. Cecilia’s in Wilbraham on Saturday. The Knights of Columbus Council 10195 puts the dinner on each year. They raised $9000 for the Survival Center. Read more on iobserve.org

Join Bishop Byrne in praying the Rosary this Tuesday, Oct. 22 for the 40 Days for Life campaign. Prayers will be offered for the unborn, their parents and all affected by abortion. To Jesus through Mary we pray!

St. Stanislaus Basilica will hold its 50th annual Parish Bazaar is tomorrow. The Basilica will also be open for a self guided tour, Rosary at 12 noon outside in front of the Blessed Mother Statue, Confessions at 3 pm, Mass at 4 pm. St. Stanislaus Basilica is also designated site where pilgrims can receive an indulgence during this Jubilee Year of St. Francis. It will be a day where you can pray, dance and eat homemade Polish food. All are welcome!

The Music for the Soul Concert will be held Thursday, Oct. 22 at St. Cecilia’s in Wilbraham featuring concert pianist Sergei Novikov. He has performed for dignitaries including President George H.W. Bush and President Joe Biden, as well as celebrities Billy Joel and Reba McEntire. All proceeds will benefit music ministry at the parish.
