The church celebrates Trinity Sunday on the Sunday after Pentecost. It is a day to commemorate the God who is three-in-one as the foundation of our faith and hope.

Last Sunday we held our annual outdoor Pentecost service. It is a reminder of our need for the Holy Spirit and the divine power behind the church's work and witness. We need the Holy Spirit! It was a beautiful time of worship, hearing the Scripture read from the various languages which comprise our church, and it was followed by a fun cookout together. The Holy Spirit is building a community of divine transformation.

We love to serve our community through supporting children’s sports!

Corpus Christi Anglican Church in Springfield, VA is always looking for ways to help people in our community move from strangers to neighbors and from neighbors to friends. Ultimately, friendships create spaces for Jesus to be shared and known as people experience Christ in us. For the last two seasons we have sponsored a team at the Central Springfield Little League and provided them volunteers.

Last week we celebrated the Feast of the Ascension of our Lord, which occurs 40 days after Easter Sunday (10 days before Pentecost). It is a great reminder that Jesus is Lord and King over all!
