If it were affordable. If it fit around my job. If I did
not have to start over. If somebody told me exactly what it takes.
Whatever yours is, put it in the comments. We will answer it straight, no pitch.

Your leaders don't need to relocate for a degree. Bring
the training to them instead.
Churches use Global University materials to build their
own schools of ministry, train small group leaders, and move staff toward
credentialing without anyone leaving town. Instructional Facilitator's Manuals
come with most Berean courses to support group study.

Guest services. The financial literacy class. The couple
who asked to grab coffee about their marriage.
Volunteers do pastoral work without the title, usually
without the training. How to Study the Bible (CL2220) and Solving Life's
Problems (CS6161) give you ground to stand on, and you can work through them
alongside the group you already lead.
