The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has released an implementation guide to help members and leaders prepare for the changes to the Sunday class meeting schedule that begin on September 6, 2026.

According to the guide, the changes, which include 25-minute classes and a new youth curriculum, are “an invitation to joyful, Christ-centered worship.”

Instructional videos will be available during the first week of August on sunday.ChurchofJesusChrist.org. These will be viewed in a meeting about the new youth curriculum on August 30, and by all members on September 6.

The Prairie Grove Ward Valiant Primary children enjoyed an Old Testament Prophet Day Camp this week!

Before camp, each child chose an Old Testament prophet and decorated a shirt to represent them. Throughout the day, they participated in games, learned songs, and enjoyed lessons about the prophets of the Old Testament.

The day concluded with the children sharing their testimonies, providing a special reminder of their faith and love for Jesus Christ.

A wonderful day of learning, friendship, and growing closer to the Savior!

Highlights from the 2026 Seminary Graduation of the Springdale Arkansas Stake!

A few of our graduating seniors shared messages and performed beautiful musical numbers. One highlight of the evening was President Kevin Stewart’s invitation for the youth to come to know their loving, patient Savior, to come home to Him, and to continue their scripture study by attending Institute.

Seniors were recognized for their participation in seminary, and those who met higher levels of attendance, reading, and memorization received graduation diplomas.

Farmington Seminary students enjoyed a homemade breakfast prepared by Bishop Torgerson and Sister Torgerson to wrap up the final day of seminary for the year. Students reflected on lessons from the year and discussed how we can rely on our Savior in all aspects of life.

Sister Jorita Iona was recently set apart by Stake President Sedrick as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She will be serving for the next 18 months in Salt Lake City 🤍
