We wrapped up our series on the book of Jonah by looking at what happened to Jonah and what could happen to us if we continue to ignore God.

The book ends without knowing whether Jonah chose his own way or God's way. The point is not to know what Jonah DID but to reflect on what YOU will DO. Will you choose your own way of living or God's way of loving?

The Diaper Drive for M.O.F.I.A. Ministries is in full swing! Thank you for all those who have given so far. We have 4 more weeks to go. All diapers will be distributed to needy families in Northwest Arkansas on October 3rd.

The story of Jonah is not simply about a disobedient prophet. It is about a God whose mercy is greater than our failures. When Jonah sank to the bottom of the sea, God did not send the fish as punishment. He sent it as rescue. Inside that fish, Jonah did something he had not done before. He genuinely confessed. True confession means understanding the seriousness of sin, remembering who God is, and committing to change.

No matter how long you have been running, God can still hear you, and He is faithful to forgive and restore.

When you've hit rock bottom, God's mercy doesn't abandon you—it rescues you. No matter how many times you've run, disobeyed, or hidden in shame, God chooses mercy over judgment.
