Don’t forget! Women of Faith is kicking off our first Ladies’ Night Out of the year tomorrow!

Join us Tuesday, September 8 at 6 PM for a New Year’s-themed potluck and book exchange! Bring a favorite book to swap, and any extra books will be donated to charity. 📚

Come enjoy good food, fellowship, faith, and a chance to connect with other women while discovering ways to serve and make an impact.

⚠️Phase 2 of the Building Faith renovation project has begun! This phase is remodeling the narthex (what we call the front foyer) to provide for more space, warmth, and seating; the Community Room with additional seating area and audio/visual capabilities; the adult education wing and its classrooms and bathrooms; and the office suite. Worship on Sundays continues as normal at 9am and 11am in the sanctuary.

Keep reading for important wayfinding information and class locations on Sundays!

The east entrance (under the covered porch) is closed until further notice.
The adult education wing and Community Room are closed until further notice.
The main entrance (closest to Dutch Bros) will be open on Sundays.

⚠️The church building will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, September 2 and ALL ministries that would take place on campus are taking the day off, all as a way to protect our members, visitors, school, and staff as Tropical Storm Edouard makes landfall. That means there will be NO Bible Studies, Hooked on Faith, Faith Kids, Faith Family Night, or 4TWELVE youth group tomorrow evening.

Please stay tuned for an update regarding Thursday as we continue to monitor the weather!

God, you are the calm in every storm. Protect your people who are under the shadow of Tropical Storm Edouard. Keep us safe. Keep us dry. Lend extra help to those who will give extra help: the electrical workers, fire fighters, police officers, medical personnel, and first responders of all kinds. May your hands be their hands. Astound us with your provision, protection, and peace. May your tender touch be known in the gentle gesture of neighbor checking on neighbor. All this we pray in the name of God, who is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Amen.

Looking for a community where you can connect with other parents, support one another, and grow together as you raise your kids in faith?

Friends of Faith meets Sundays at 10 AM in Room 201. Join other parents as you study the Bible, share life, and encourage one another through the joys and challenges of raising a family.

Moms of Faith meets Wednesdays at 9:15 AM for Bible study, fellowship, and a chance to connect with other moms who understand. Plus, enjoy a monthly Moms’ Night Out! During renovations, the group is meeting in the Sanctuary.

Building Faith Update

Here are important notes for Sunday mornings.
The nursery for infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children has returned to its permanent home at the end of the children’s wing in Rooms 111 and 116.
The classroom for Kindergarten and 1st grade is Room 109.
The classroom for 2nd and 3rd grade is Room 107.
The classroom for 4th grade is Room 102.
The classroom for 5th and 6th grade is Room 106.

For the 10:00 hour only:
Children’s Choir is in Room 203 in the education building.
Children’s Chimes is in Room 110 (the choir room).

The next phase of the project (Phase 2) starts on September 1. Phase 2 is the renovation of the remainder of the main building except for the sanctuary and kitchen; those spaces will be Phase 3 beginning in January 2027.

Funding for the renovation project comes from YOU through pledges and gifts to the Building Faith campaign. We’ve raised $1.2 million of our $1.5 million goal. If you would like to make a pledge or gift, please visit the giving page on our website. Thank you!
