Losing a young man to an overdose brings a heavy, complex wave of grief. Id like to honor his full life beyond his struggle, and help express the deep sorrow of saying goodbye.

His potential and worth were so much greater than his pain. He was one to come back to the ministry and give back. May God show mercy on his soul. I’ll never forget his smile. Praying for his loved ones. Be encouraged .

Pastor Vic told me years ago to write a book on ministry. If I would have started journaling in the beginning, o’boy would I have a story to tell. Today I learned of sad news on losing a young man in the home to overdose. Just heartbreaking. He was in and out. He hadn’t completed the program of 9 mo - to 1yr. These men come in and get sober for the first time 1-3months and they think their good. Well their not. It took Pastor Victor 3yrs to get fully sober and surrender to Christ. These men can’t do it alone. They must have a support system, rather it be Jesus Christ, family, mentors, sponsors etc. Addiction is real and hard. I know first hand because I lived in it for years. Praise God for deliverance. Please keep anyone you know battling and trying to get clean in prayer. Prayer is powerful I know because I prayed for my husband Pastor Victor for years. Thank yall who follow & support this ministry. Jesus reins and sits on the throne and loves you. Keep pressing on. HE has a plan for you. Stand on Isaiah 55:8-9
