Today, the spirit of the Lord delivered a reminder to the church of Spring Valley. Citing the message sent to us by the Apostle of Jesus Christ on the day of the Holy Supper, “Christ did not shed his blood merely to improve our earthly life. He poured it out to bring us into his heavenly kingdom. To make us citizens of the eternal city.”

Reminding us that while our spiritual festivities have concluded, we must be mindful of the great blessing that was granted to us by our God.

Hebrews 8:1-2
1 Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens;
2 A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man.

This morning, the church of Spring Valley tuned in to the broadcast from the Beautiful Province. With great joy still in our hearts, we received a reminder during the sermon to not take the blessing of the Holy Supper lightly. While our festivities have concluded, the spirit of the Lord urged us to reflect and be conscious of the fact that though we have participated, we should continue to safeguard and maintain that communion with God.

Glory be to God! The day for which our souls yearned for finally arrived. The church of Spring Valley joined our brethren from the church of National City to rejoice in the celebration of the Holy Supper. Many beautiful moments were shared with our brothers and sisters that traveled to the Beautiful Province as we tuned into the broadcast. Our hearts are filled with joy and once again, we’ve renewed that pact with our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

This morning, the spirit of the Lord delivered unto the church a reminder that the Holy Supper overcomes great distances. Not only geographically, but also within our hearts. May we prepare ourselves as that blessed day draws nearer.

James 4:8-10

By the grace of God, yesterday morning, the universal church united in listening to the reading of the letter sent by the Apostle of Jesus Christ. The Servant of God made known to the church that he would elevate his prayer in favor of the church of God so that our brethren who will travel to that place may arrive safely. Acknowledging that our journey should not just be physical but also spiritual. Blessed be the name of the Lord for this great blessing we have received.

Today, by inspiration from the spirit of the Lord, the church of Spring Valley was accompanied by the minister from the Church of Oceanside, CA. The brother delivered a sermon touching on the importance of perseverance and fidelity according to the doctrine. Reminding us that despite hardships and moments of struggle, we must remain committed to our faith and we shall be rewarded when Christ returns.
