June Invitation:
SisterFriend,
As we step into a brand-new month, I want to invite you to join us for something simple, life-giving, and deeply needed.
This month, we'll begin reading Psalm 143 together while also starting our new book, Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World by Joanna Weaver.
What a beautiful place to begin.
David opens Psalm 143 feeling overwhelmed, weary, and desperate for God's help. Yet in the middle of his struggle, he turns his heart toward the One who is his strength. How many of us know what it feels like to carry worries, fears, responsibilities, and the endless "what ifs" of life?
The truth is, we were never meant to carry them alone.
One of the greatest weapons against worry is the presence of God. As we sit at His feet like Mary, we discover that His strength is greater than our fears, His peace is stronger than our anxiety, and His faithfulness carries us through every season.
"Teach me to do Your will, for You are my God; may Your gracious Spirit lead me on level ground." — Psalm 143:10
This June, let's slow down together.

And, it is His strength that takes your sins and hurls them into the utmost part of the sea never to condemn you again.
“He is the strength of my life, not only the protector of my exposed life, who keeps me from being slain, but the strength of my frail weak life, who keeps me from fainting, sinking, and dying away.” Charles Spurgeon
