Yesterday was such a joy as we celebrated Family Sunday! It was a special morning with our entire church family gathered together to worship, hear God’s Word, and experience Jesus side by side. We were blessed to be led in worship by our students and worship team, creating a sweet and meaningful time in God’s presence.

Pastor Todd continued our Walk It Out series through James with a message designed for all ages, reminding us that our words have power. The big takeaway was simple but important: your words can build up or break down. What a gift to learn, worship, and grow together as one church family.

“Sunday was a meaningful time together as we celebrated Pentecost Sunday and paused to remember with gratitude and anticipation of Memorial Day. We continued our ‘Walk It Out’ series through James, diving into James 2 with teaching, conversation, and a powerful testimony interview with Kelly. It was also a special Sunday as we welcomed our new Worship Pastor, Tim Klopfenstein, to the team.”

Join us this Sunday at 9:30 or 11 AM for Week 2 of WALK IT OUT as we journey through James 2: “Faith That Works.” Together we’ll explore how authentic faith moves beyond words into action through compassion, obedience, and love. This experience includes Scripture reading, practical teaching, and honest conversation about what real discipleship looks like today.

We live in such an angry time, and as Christians, we can get enveloped by a culture of rage. Jesus experienced extreme joy, sorrow, peace, and .... Anger. However, His anger wasn't sinful, and if we can understand his anger, maybe we can aim our anger differently than the world invites us to. - Pastor Josh
