Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude to everyone who has supported the ministry to which God has called us. The road was never promised to be an easy one. We have always just prayed that the Lord would have our YES. We’ve done our best to keep everyone updated on all the highs and lows of the ministry. We can tell you with absolute honesty that we have felt every prayer, heard and cherished every word of encouragement, and been blessed by each generous gift. May God richly bless those of you who have recognized the need and helped us continue to run!
As the year 2025 comes to a close, we reflect on God’s goodness and faithfulness, and we can recall vivid examples of His steadfastness. Even when we failed to trust His timing, His methods, and His provision, He held to the standard of His great Name. He kept us even when we doubted Him or felt angry towards Him during some of the trials we faced. Please remember that we are humans, too! Sure, we can sing songs and quote scripture from mountain peaks, but the quality of our faith has truly been tried in the shadow of the valley. Our prayer is first, “Lord, increase our faith.” And we, like Peter, echo the words from John 6:68 - “Lord, to whom shall we go? You alone have the words of eternal life [You are our only hope].” (AMP).
May 2026 be a year of restoration and risk. May our lamps be filled with oil in the secret place so that we burn authentic flames in the marketplace. May we be emboldened to persevere all the more, keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus - our CHAMPION! We look forward to sharing with you new things to come for Roo-Akh in 2026!
