Thanks to all that came out today for our Friends and Family Day! Without out you it wouldn’t have been a success. Thanks to Walker Fish and More for for the delicious entree, to my ladies from the church that worked the kitchen and prepared food and to Rev. John Smith from Chestnut Grove for delivering a wonderful message. Let’s not forget Jordan Youth Choir for singing so wonderfully.

It’s always a joy to celebrate fellowship and unity with our neighboring churches and we hope you’ll join us for a day filled with laughter, inspiration, and good food this year. We are honored to welcome Rev John Smith, Pastor of Chestnut Grove Baptist Church in Appomattox , Va. as our guest speaker. Jordan Baptist Church youth choir will be sharing their musical talents. Following the Service lunch will be served Courtesy of Walkers fish chicken and more. Now here’s the best part——This is a dress down day. Please come casually and comfortably. Bring a friend bring your appetite and let’s enjoy the word, the music, and then the fellowship afterwards.

Come out and join us Sunday, August 10, 2025, for our Homecoming service at 11:00 a.m. Lunch will be served following the morning message; there will be no evening service. Revival services on Monday, August 11th -13th at 7 p.m. No praise and worship.

Our guest speaker on August 11th will be Rev. Washington Marrow, (Solid Rock Baptist church in Richmond, Va). On Tuesday - August 12th, Rev. Jewel Chambers, (Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church). Our own Pastor Sam Trent will close out the service on Wednesday night.

We're having our annual homecoming Sunday, August 11, 2024 @ 11 a.m. Just for 2nd Sunday, Sunday school will be at 9:45. Rev. Samuel Trent will deliver the morning message; lunch will be served immediately following the morning service. There will not be a evening service. Revival will be Monday, August 12th - Wednesday, August 14th @ 7 p.m. Our guest choirs are: Monday - Springfield Baptist Church, Tuesday, Mt Airy Baptist Church and Robert (Beetle) Elliott, with Rev. Eddie Pennix as our worship leader and Rev. Sam Trent will deliver the word. Come on out and fellowship with us!
