NYC DAY 7!
In our last session of the conference we spent time imagining how God can use us and what the world would look like if each of us lived into God’s wonderful plan for us.
After our last session we once again loaded buses to travel to Anaheim CA where we will be for the remainder of our trip. And what would a travel day be without bus troubles? But those problems led to us stopping for dinner early and several of our teens trying In-n-Out for the first time! We finally made it to the hotel and into our rooms around 2AM. At least we have a cool pool!

NYC DAY 6!
Our last full day of conference 😢
Our morning session was about the Good Shepherd and how we are One Flock (Stay Locked!). After lunch we got to participate in The Experience, an interactive prayer exercise where we got to surrender things to God, recognize Gods wonder around us, and just sit in Gods presence and be. It was such a wonderful opportunity to reflect on all that God has been doing in our lives this week.
In the evening we heard from Dr. Gustavo Crocker, a.k.a Uncle Gus, about how we are specifically chosen by God and are God’s favorite child ❤️
We then ended the night with an extended worship night featuring Elevation Rhythm!
We are sad that Nazarene Youth Conference is also not over but we are confident that God will continue to move in our lives as we go to what is next!

NYC DAY 5!
We started the day by hearing about it how God is the good potter who shapes and molds us, using every part of our story. We also go to go on our MWO (Mission With Others) where we had the opportunity to go to locations all over the Salt Lake area and participate in prayer walks. All together NYC walked over 3,200 miles while praying for the people of Salt Lake!! We prayed for possible needs, schools, families, and that God would move in this place. We also got to participate in an offering to further the ministry of the Nazarene church in Salt Lake, if you would also like participate in this offering you can give through the link below.
In the evening session we heard about how while mountain top experiences like NYC are impactful they are not where growth happens. Just like in nature, more and more grows in us in the valleys and the middle grounds.
To end the night we saw Josiah Queen live in concert!! Hannah R. even got to go on the main floor right by the stage!

NYC DAY 4!
Finally our first full day of Nazarene Youth Conference!!! Session was all about who Jesus is and who he is to us. Jesus is Creator, Redeemer, and Sustainer! Then we spent the afternoon in the rec hall where we got to hangout, play games, meet new people, explore booths from different organizations and get so much swag! In the evening for session 2 we discovered the truth God speaks to us when other voices tell us lies. And to end the night we got to see Hulvey in concert. Pray God will continue to move at NYC and that we will get some sleep.

NYC DAY 3!
We loaded on to the buses once again to head back up to Salt Lake City for the first day of the conference. Once we got there we got to deliver our Wonder Pack bring with items to the convention center (thanks True North VBS kids!). In the evening we got to go to a huge Northwest Nazarene/Trevecca University block party with 3,000 other people! Excited to be with all our Nazarene teens at the largest NYC in history!

NYC DAY 2
We got to spend the day exploring the wonder of God in Arches National Park! We say beautiful sandstone creations, some wildlife, and experienced the warmth (literally) of God love. The day ended with a night of worship under the desert sky. It was truly a day of awe and wonder! Now on to day 3

NYC DAY 1
You can be full of wonder and awe or you can be full of wondering and ahhhhhh. Day one leaned toward the second set😬 We survived two broken buses, 11 hours without getting off the bus (don’t worry we back lunches and had a bathroom on board), 19 hours of travel, and many rounds of card games. It was a long day but we made it safe to Moab, Utah and are excited for a day taking in the wonder and awe of Arches National Park!
